- 1 28 oz can of whole peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 14 oz can of petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped.
- 2 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Combine all ingredients in an air tight container and let sit in the fridge overnight.
