Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 1 28 oz can of whole peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 14 oz can of petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped.
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparations:
  1. Combine all ingredients in an air tight container and let sit in the fridge overnight.
