- 3 lbs red potatoes, quartered or cut into one inch chunks, skin on
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients until evenly coated.
- Place potatoes on a foil lined pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring once.
