Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole raw almonds
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp dried cilantro (or 1 Tbsp fresh, chopped)
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add almonds and oil. Sprinkle with chili powder and salt. Stir over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until fragrant and toasted.
- Remove the pan from heat, add lime juice and cilantro and stir. Transfer nuts to a plate or baking pan to cool. Store in airtight container.
