Ingredients:
- 1 block extra firm tofu (14-16oz), drained and pressed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp starch, corn or potato
Preparations:
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Slice the tofu into 1x1x0.5in bites. Add the tofu to a large bowl.
- Drizzle tofu with olive oil and soy sauce. Add starch .5 Tbsp at a time, tossing in between.
- Arrange the tofu on the baking tray in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until edges are golden.
